As executive with P&G for the past 26 years, Sophie has held various local, regional and global leadership positions across several categories and countries. In her current role as VP, Marketing and Brand Building, Sophie is leading the digital transformation of P&G’s European business, from superior brand assets and new business models, to a cutting edge, world-beating marketing organization, leading the way for P&G globally.
Passionate about, and inspired by, innovation, Sophie pushes boundaries and founded P&G’s Israel House of Innovation (IHI) 10 years ago, the company’s first collaboration partnership with start-ups, today recognized as one of the successful P&G Innovation hubs in the world. She has recently scaled up the IHI concept to Europe, where she has founded the Europe Digital Innovation Accelerator: a multi discipline open innovation capability to accelerate growth and create new digital brand business models. Working with new partners and involving all employees in the innovation process, Sophie is leveraging a full start-up ecosystem while applying Lean organization principles.
Sophie is also a lecturer, specializing in strategy, leadership, innovation, and digital transformation. Named as one of the Top 100 most influential people in Switzerland in 2017, and Top50 Most Influential Business Leaders in Israel for the last 6 years, Sophie is highly regarded by the business community.
Sophie is passionate about building a better future through educating future generations. She has been President of a non-profit organization TZEVA (youth building the future), for which she opened a branch in Switzerland in 2015. Sophie is also actively involved with Mass Challenge, which promotes entrepreneurship and high impact start-ups in the US, Israel and Europe; and the Nomads foundation, which promotes the Swiss innovation ecosystem with the finest global start-up hubs, industry leaders and research institutes.
